Not losing (L) tag
I've checked that the setting is enabled in options. Stripped out all mods except (in the following order):

ModManager
HugsLib
Prepare Carefully
MendAndRecycle
ProfitableWeapons

Game and all mods are latest version.

I also just tried a doublecheck: bare install of Rimworld 1.0.2282 64-bit and mendAndRecycle, Profitable Weapons. No luck. Not sure what else to check.

Same problem for me,
i tried to change the loading order between MendAndRecycle and ProfitableWeapons,
nothing changed

hi there was a comment on main page about a mod manager not updating properly.. it might work if you try removing and resubscribing to get the latest version of this mod + the mendandrecycle mod too
