This is why a skin that isn't even remotely close to Warframe's universe will never be accepted. If you dig even deeper in official forum thread, you'll understand that it's the rule number 1 "Make something that FITS the Warframe universe".

Even Octavia Diva got accepted and does it have todo something with the one of the factions? No it doesn`t.

And it WILL be acceptet if its good looking and loved by the community and not because it doesnt fit into the lore of the Game.
DE cares about the community and listens to it so if this skin get a good amount of attention, it will be added.

Octavia Diva got accepted because it FITS the Warframe universe & it has a good quality. Check out the skin itself, it's not much far from the base one and you can clearly recognize a Tenno design. You may say that the Helmet doesn't fit the Warframe universe, but no, it fits, because there was already a similar helmet before. The base Wukong helmet possesses the same kind of long energy thingy.

It has nearly the same stats has the Octavia Diva skin, which show that it's also quite popular. But it's been sitting here since 2015, probably the launch of Tennogen. So tell me why, why isn't it accepted ? It's both good looking and popular, as you said were the requirements to be accepted, yet it's not accepted ?

Well have you seen the activity on that account? It's been inactive since a little over one month after that helmet was posted on the workshop. Maybe DE did try to reach out to them, but they never responded.

There's a lot of examples if you search around in the Workshop.

Most seem to only think if the DE would like the item, but why aren't you instead asking yourself if you want this item in the game. Thats the main point of Tennogen, that we the players decide what makes its way into the game.

No, he is right. This is too far away from the Warframe universe. It's not a bad design, it's just not Warframe enough and at this state I'm pretty sure it's not going to be in the game. It does have potential tho.

As it currently sits, I agree that the skin doesn't fall easily into one of the factions. However, I DO get a very Corpus-y vibe from it. If some of the detailing could be changed around I think it would be a much better fit.

All that said and aside: I still like the skin as is and would like to see it added

There's a few skins that make me question the faction rule, but I do see a faction Nezha could belong to. The body design to me looks kind of like a suit we'd see on the colonists in the relays. Going a step further, it wouldn't be too hard to imagine this belonging to a scavenger on a toxic planet or a desert world, right?

Typical idiocracy of someone with an anime avatar. This skin fits into the warframe universe just as much as Ash's Bai Hu skin or Mesa's Devil Ranger skin, and as you are a weeb, I'm sure you only use the Bai Hu skin on ash. If this skin doesn't get accepted it isn't because DE rejects it, but because the community does.

Way to add nothing to the discussion by completely ignoring the topic of the thread and attempting to attack the person.

I think its a pretty neat design and like someone already stated, if a few things changed it would fit in well with the Corpus designs. It gets an upvote from me.

I seriously doesnt matter if it fits a faction or not! There is plenty of proof both ways and thus proves nothing. There is a verly limited amount of things that can be released in Tenogen at a time. Community votes which ones and DE then has many decisions to make. I Actually think this fits into a grineer catigore. Much like the Graxx skins. Overall its a pretty good design but the quality needs to get worked up.
