A) After subscribing to the mod, make sure that it has finished downloading before launching the game. Also, wait for the mod to finish installing when you are at the ARK home screen. Installations are displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen in white letters.

Q) Where can I find my Game.ini file?
A) For single-player:
"Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNo Editor\Game.ini"
For servers:
"Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsSe rver\Game.ini"

Q) Why aren't any Loot Whisps or Lost Graves spawning?
A) Your map has probably reached its “Wild Dino cap.” This means that new creatures are unable to spawn because all areas are filled. To resolve this issue, it's best to hunt down and kill as many wild creatures on your map as possible. Alternatively, you can bring up the command console and type:
"cheat DestroyWildDinos"
to remove all wild creatures and reset the cap. Wait a few minutes before checking to see whether any have spawned after doing this.

Q) I am not getting any of the rare drops. Why?
A) Rare drops from this mod have a lower chance of appearing. In most cases, you will simply need to keep on hunting for that item. Rares can take a little while to obtain, so give it time. You can always take a break and try again later if needed as well. If you are playing with others and aren't sure whether it's just bad luck, you can ask around to check whether anyone else has received the item you are looking for. If you are playing solo and want to confirm whether the mod loaded correctly, you can use a cheat to spawn the item.

Q) If the mod receives an update while I am running the game, what do I do to download it?
A) Make sure to exit out of the game completely and wait to see whether Steam will automatically begin the download. This usually doesn't take more than a minute. If nothing happens, try logging out of your Steam account before getting back in to begin the download. If you play on a server, you may need to notify the administrator that there was an update to the mod.

Q) How can I get rid of all wild creatures in order to make room for the creatures in this mod?
A) Bring up the command console and type:
“cheat DestroyWildDinos”
to remove all wild creatures in the environment. If you play on a server and don't have access
to this command, ask the administrator to do it for you.
Most servers do a “Wild Dino” wipe on a daily basis to avoid spawning issues.

Q) I have lost one of my precious rewards. What can I do?
A) Oh, not good to hear. If you are on a server, you may need to provide the administrator
with some form of proof (such as an item related to the one you lost) that the item was
obtained so that he or she can give you a new one. Having another player around who can verify that the item was obtained is a good idea as well. If you are playing solo, go to the
admin sheet and use the provided console command to give yourself what you lost.

Q) What can I do to prevent dino stats from resetting?
A) Don’t put more then 250 points into one stat for either your character or a tamed creature. Otherwise, the game will reset this stat upon a server restart. It is highly probable that a creature with this issue will become useless and will likely need to be replaced.

Kind regards,
