CosmoGensis is missing
I got to a certain point in dark matter when the crises Cosmosgenesis disappeared. Is this intentional or a bug?

This is intentional. You can either follow the ACOT techline or Cosmogenesis, but not both.

Thank you. But that sucks though.

Cosmogenesis is basically speedrunning what ACOT tech is capable of, except ACOT tech can do it safely.

I was more interested in ending the game with this crises after i defeat all the endgame crises like the blokats, original empire, Stellarborne, and vanilla crises.

At which point does cosmogensis disappear?

I got the delta tech, but I already got cosmogensis perk.
Does ACOT let you progress to alpha and after?

I also noticed the ships design that cosmogensis gives you is fixed templates like Xenophobic, Materialistic etc and I can't choose the 3 separate sections myself.

You can only get up to delta with Cosmo. If you want alpha and higher, you can't have Cosmogenesis, and if you want to do Cosmogenesis, you have to pick it before advancing to alpha.

Thanks for clarifying. Aww bummer, I only picked cosmogenesis as a science booster. I wanted to progress to sigma, stellaris etc to fight the giga structure blokkat. Is there a console command that I can use to still progress to alpha and beyond as normal?
