Shoot one All come?

Is there a way to disable it so if you shoot one of the zombies all the other zombies dont swarm you from all over the map.

No. its actually realistic. if there is sound like a gunshot or a infected gets hurt it WILL signal all other infected in a area. so no. and plus i dont think there is a way its how npcs work.
