AI Issues?
I've noticed there seems to be an issue with the AI not doing anything. They don't build fleets, develop planets, or move their ships (in tactical or galactic).

"There were perception parsing errors. See PerceptionErrors.txt for details" comes up on launch, if that helps any.

I had this in another mod and a unit I had was able to see nearby fleet movements and the AI was just ferrying troops to and from the same two planets over and over like it was stuck.

I wonder if it's the same issue.
