Still looking into why, but the draft button is disappearing due to Awesome Inventory throwing an exception. Disabling this mod, makes the issue go away.

hmmm, interesting. Awesome inventory is a semi continuation of RPG inventory but with some additions, not sure if RPG inventory would cause the same issue tho
