Maybe I'm dumb, but I can see the policies exist in the mod options of one save, but when I load up another save nothing seems to transfer over. I tried making policies in the new save with the same name as the other, but no joy.

Both game saves are pre-existing before the mod is installed, but that didn't affect the bills so I was hoping that I'm just not seeing something.
