Idea:
(Spoilers for the L-Cluster):
So the Grey Swarm or whatever they're called has these big ships with an XL weapon slot. Only they don't have Perdition beams, they have the XL equivalent of disruptors, cloud lightning, and arc emitters. I was really disappointed not being able to reverse engineer them, since without them the Perdition beam is often wasted damage in an all-penetration fleet.
Is there any way you could make that a researchable technology, or is that outside the scope of this mod?

Unfortunatly no, because there is only weapon slot but not technology for it. My mod only change vanilla files without adding any new. But i will create second mod soon(probably after 2.2 update of stellaris to use some new features from it) that will make possible thing that you have described.

It is not idea of my mod, there is no such a tech to research Titan Lance and i wouldn't add a new one. You should use other mods

You need Arc Emitter to research cloud lightning.
To research Arc Emitter you need plasma 3 + battleships

Hey mate. Can you upload your mod somewhere outside of steam? I have the game through the Paradox launcher, so I can't download any steam hosted mods. Your mod also isn't on stellaris.smods.ru either. :(

Думаю стоит добавить к условию изучения загадочное ДЕшифратора изучение технологии чипа "Вспомогательное управление огнем" (+5 к точности) . В ванильной версии игры эта технология практически бесполезна. Нужно это исправлять!

Нет смысла, дешифратор и шифратор и так достаточно сложно изучить, а к времени его изучения уже точно будет технология вспомогательное управление огнем.

Could you add in the Nanite Repair System from the Scavenger Bot? I forget if it's vanilla or DLC, but I think it's part of Distant Stars. As to what to make it require... Probably the Regenerative Hull, and something else--durasteel or neutronium armor, and/or crystal forged plating.
