Where can I find the model and texture for this in the files?

I was wanting to make a retexture for something I was working on but I cant seem to find the texture or model's in the files. Any help?

go to your SFM directory and then click on:
workshop\models\ugc\76561197980102196\vgui\disp_red_screen_alpha.vtf
sorry for replying to such an old post, but once i found this i couldnt stop myself from giving you the directory
