Water/Fertilizer

Does PPX require water and fertilizer? I want to use these for a admin base on our server cluster.

The plant requires water and fertilizer like any crop.
The crop plot auto fills with water, if it is underwater, every min or so.

See latest update notes. Added admin versions of crop plot. Auto fills with water and fertilizer. And a second version that also auto seeds with an admin plant.
