Every Rocket causes a small nuclear explosion that affects all those in range.
With Friendlies:
Gives 10 seconds of 200% Speed
Enemies:
Decrease Speed by 50% for 10 seconds
While Kritz
Friendlies:
10 seconds of 200% Speed
Gives weapons mini crits for 5 seconds
Enemies
10 seconds of 50% Speed
Enemy is marked for death.
Just some suggestions, I had Payload and MVM in mind for this.
No knockback
Alt fire: The longer you hold down the faster your projectile is to a maximum of 200% faster projectile speed (It takes 2 seconds to charge it up that much)
-15 damage
if hits freindly gives bonk atomic punch for 5 seconds
+10% bigger blast radius
Alt-fire: Can shoot small portions of bonk energy drinks. Given to team: they get mini-crits for 2 seconds and move 10% faster for 5 seconds. Given to enemy: they get dealt mini-crits for 7 seconds. (team mini-crits with dealt mini-crits togethor causes +20% damage increased crits, basically instant kills)
Cons:
-50% clip size
-10% reload rate
* cannot equipt the following when this item is equipted: Buff Banner, Concheror, and Battalion's Backup.

* cannot alt-fire yourself

Alt Fire: Stuns for 3 seconds, enemy - 100% uber if hit.
Alt Fire while projectile is near enemy: Changes direction towards him (Uses other rocket in clip if not used already)
Hidden effect (Like flare gun crit): If direct hit on friendly scout with bonk equipped, increase bonk time by 3 seconds
I'm thinking a really new-concept looking gun should be given really new-concept situational stats.
Instead of rockets, it uses charge power.
Primary fire shoots a can of armed, explosive bonk. More damage and radius, with no random crits and less projectile speed, but deals crits where it would normally deal minicrits. Uses up 50% charge.
Secondary fire shoots a can of armed Crit-a-Cola. Less damage, but faster projectile speed and, on crit, marks the target for death for 4 seconds. It would deal minicrits whenever it would normally crit. It uses up 25% charge.
