Is it possible to use stringtable.csv file from OFP campaign? It was already translated into English.

Translation into English is and it can be read in the files. Did you translate in English or only in Russian?

2.xml is the same file as 3.xml?

Note 2.xml seems to be the same as 3.xml in the original file pack you shared. Missing the file for mission 1 (first blood).
PS: I am translating from the English version. Mistakes may exist in the chain of translation.
