Okran's scale of balance

You lowered the strength of their units and they still usually get slaughtered try buffing the strength to at least back to normal

oof. Back when I made the mod, it had been an increase. I can try digging through the fcs and see if anythings changed

Bit delayed, been sick. I noticed that their str was, at the lowest, set to 10, 20, 50, etc, and not sure why. Their stats should be updated, though it may require an import for the changes to take effect.
