Missing/broken textures.
I'm having some purple areas and some invisble objects such as cars, fences, trees, etc.
I've had this issues in other customs maps, but I was curious if anyone else has experienced this, or if I just have outdated graphic mods.

I do have screenshots of the issue.

i suspect you do have something conflicting in your addons.
I never had such issues with this campaign before.

also, how is it the l4d2 survivors?
maybe you accidentally downloaded the original L4D version?

Yeah this certainly looks odd. For starters I recognize immediately it's an older version of the campaign, a version that didn't have a L4D2 port yet. Perhaps delete this VPK and subscribe to the workshop version? Or redownload it from GameMaps here: https://www.gamemaps.com/details/20420

by the way, I apologize if I might've sounded disrespectful earlier.
anyway, I had similar happen to me but it was from definitely putting the L4D vpk into L4D2.
you seem to have experienced some of the same missing content I did from it.

I tried all of these things above and nothing has worked!
I've even reinstalled the entire game to no avail. I've figured it's a special issue considering everyone else's looks beautiful!

It even says it should be the L4D's in the lobby.

Hmm, that's very odd. I don't know but the screenshots definitely imply an old version of the campaign
