Feature Requests
If anyone has ideas, improvements, recommendations, or suggestions for content or QOL enhancements please post your ideas here..

there is no guarantee however that your idea will be added but i will consider it if its semi-balanced and suits the general direction the mod is going in

Alternatively, I guess you could make the same AE offhand but as a Dinosaur Costume? To equip them to dinosaurs? Give fliers a higher stamina regen to take off quicker, Clever to make them level up faster, Immune to stop them being liable to status effects etc etc. Just an Idea :D

Random thunk: What if the Strong artifact could double as a shield? Not entirely sure how shield mechanics work, but even if it only blocked partial damage it could make you into the ultimate Sword+Shield wielder in the lands which would be neato. :)

i can make several of the artifacts apply to the dino thats being ridden, maybe give other a range... the problem with having the AE in a dino inventory is that dinos cant carry artifacts, its simpler to just apply the buff to the ridden dino\range instead of making the system that can allow equipping to a dinos inventory

by default there is no armor value on the offhand item AE.... but you have a good point, durability is an important part of superstrength

That's what I mean. The buff would only apply when the rider who has the artefact equipped actually rides the dinosaur (in control instead of passengers cause that might cause more issues?)

i have a suggestion there is a mod called simple spawners it got updated to allow admins to place a spawner with artifacts to spawn with it i found there is 1 artifact that was scrapped sorta that it can spawn from aberration its artifact of the lost my suggestion is could you allow this artifact to have some form of badass power since its difficulty can vary depending on how admins award it could be for clearing an admin event for example or given to loyalists etc the artifacts name says artifact of the lost im unsure what power it could have but i was thinking maybe something along a corrupt sense? like lost as in corrupted? maybe make some new custom ability like tendrils or something stun attackers idk there is many ways to go with this im not even sure of any ability ideas i could suggest for it but would be cool to have it for the admins and servers who allow the artifact to spawn or be given out :) please consider this

Theres actually two Artifacts that are not available, Lost, and FlameKeeper.. I didnt include those as available abilities because they dont exist ingame naturally. Though... I could add Lost into the supported artifacts.. However i dont know what could be done for an ability..

Hmm.. "Lost" could imply Navigation, Loss, or Spiritual/Moral Orientation...

If i were to include FlameKeeper as an ability.. I would probably use the Destroyers buff for that one as its Flame based, and id have to make something new for Destroyer.

LOST: When equipped, will outline nearby max level dino's

FlameKeeper: Your attacks set enemies on fire (Including bullets if you want)

ah flamekeeper could be used as a anything hit by your melee or ranged gets set on fire i like that as for lost that does pose an issue you already have a artifact with a tek hud ability which sounds like the one posted by ❂Jamie❂ except that artifact targets all enemies i think its like sonar vision lost is tricky i also dont know if flamekeeper is in simple spawners if not i may ask the modder to include it in next update as well if possible :D would love to see something done with these 2

I really like this mod and am quite interested in implementing it in a small server I plan to have ready somewhere around June of this year. However, there are some balance concerns for me, as everything in this server will be sort of meticulously altered from standard vanilla values for an interesting, soft-PvP environment.

Would it be possible to get effect strength configurable in INI config in addition to the already-present on/off? For example, the ability to make massive give +100 weight or +10000 weight, or make devious have selective invisibility or aggro shake, destroyer with configurable damage, that sort of thing.

I hope this isn't something that's too painful to do, as this would really make this thing for me. Thank you for your consideration!

Yes. For the next update i will be adding iniconfigs for most of the values available, i wont be posting an explanation for what each does right now, and im not done adding iniconfigs, there will be more, these are just the ones ive got done currently
