With manage capital I couldn't remove charges (set it to basic charges)- it tries to remove the taxes instead but doesn't.

Thx for reporting this problem uptill next version just use province mangment and set it in capital ofc if you not using other mod, and theres no estate set in it.

still some localization bugs, like on chose adm,dip or mil decisions on state mecanics, it show the localization String for some reason

localization/rdmelemgenevents_l_english.yml on the end of the line 288 is missing a "
on event/mypos_disaster.txt, line 221, is missing a = after country_event
on event/stabilitysyst_events.txt, line 66 is missing a = after the if

the goverment on etreformation.txt aren't update to new govemrent form, so when u use the decision it do nothing
