Report a translation problem
-If I give a CAS order, even lowering the combat radious,changing altitude etc.. the helicopter doesn't engage infantry and usually moves away from the point to attack land vehicles that it can detect.
-If I give a Loitering order, the gunner is also incapable of attacking infantry inside the designated zone and just moves around, sometimes it moves away from some of the loitering waypoints to try to engange enemy vehicles outside the designated zone (with ready to fire enabled)
-If I use ZEUS and give the helicopter a "Loitering" order, it engages infantry and vehicles inside the designated loitering zone, circling around the target as it should do
I'm also using your better gunners mod
it's a shame because this is the only problem I can find in what is otherwise an essential and awesome mod to enjoy arma 3 air combat
1-In general, it seems that gunners usually don't know how to use cannons with a CAS order and don't identify infantry causing the helicopter to start doing weird things with waypoints if no other weapon is available. Also to note, there are some cases in which the pilot see the enemies if they are hidden (in a forest, for example), can engage with rockets but not the gunner
2-If the helicopter has rockets, they see and engage infantry. Some helicopters can't even attack infantry with rockets (CWR3 ones, for example)
3-Door gunners don't work. I think it has to do with the CAS order telling them to hold fire when reaching the CAS point. Again, the same strange behaviour that in point 1
4-Advanced Flight Model don't work well with this mod
5-If a RDY FIRE order is giving and there is infantry near the helicopter, the gunner usually starts to engange but the helicopter stays hovering over the enemy in the same position.
