Taco Bucket
Kyle's Review of "Taco Bucket" - 3/5
Surprisingly funny, but hard on the eyes. 3/5 stars.

Taco Bucket is an experimental campaign focused on generating a heavily randomized path forward in each chapter. This can make it easy to get lost, especially since the Survivors hardly ever talk, but at least there are arrows to guide you. Environments are mostly just standard city stuff, though some areas are notably well constructed and unique, namely the construction site and the titular taco restaurant. Overall, the gameplay starts decent and each map improves on the last.

The campaign's standout feature is one I never expected: a sense of humor! Custom graffiti is all over the place, and it got many chuckles out of me. As a married man, the "his and hers" joke was my favorite.

However, the aesthetics can really drag this campaign down. Every map is baked in off-putting purple fog, and many surfaces have distracting, inaccurate reflections. Although I still had fun, I can see these issues greatly affecting some people's enjoyment.

We have to gear up, and battle across the hellish mire of rabid streets, full of hostiles, all just to get some dinner
