Water Flow issues
I have wells and pumping stations pumping water but the water doesnt flow into the pipes or into the filtering pipes to go from dirty to water then from water to clear water. They dont flow from the wells to the pipes or in some cases from pipes through the filter pipes.

It appears I found a solution. If I place valves horizontally they flow fine, but vertically and no water goes through them.

Hard to believe. Can you provide a small save to reproduce this problem?

You can try with s screenshot, sure. For the save: upload it to dropbox, google drive or any other such service and give me the link to it.
