Improving and Enchanting Thrown Weapons

I have found that I am unable to improve the throwing knives I am using. In addition I am forced to enchant each individual knife, verses doing the quiver.

Is there anyway something can be added that would make the quiver both improvable and enchantable?

Great Mod though, I have missed throwing weapons since Morrowind.

I mean, it kinda makes sense but doens't because on one hand, you can't enchant arrows either and they come in quivers. But at the same time their not arrows, they all act as individual axes of their own.
