I just found I hate the change notes on the Steam Workshop. Character limit....

In all seriousness:
Alright I admit that the previous release kinda sucked... And it took some people with added code to make me realize how much it sucked. (Allowed me to make a release that wasn't just two numbers changed...)

For the part you care about:
-Almost completely redid the mod, organized the code for others to look at and added some new features.

-I made it so you can cycle through the Firemodes with one key, " O "

-I made it so when you switch to the weapons, medkit, throwables it will revert back to default, so you don't have to manually do it constantly.

-Burst should act more "bursty" it is not perfect (what is in this world) but its close, in other words it will be more likely to go 3 round than 2 round and 4 round burst but the game is funcky and it goes through its moments sometimes, so it is really difficult to get it to work perfectly.

-Semi should pretty much no longer stutter or "jam" but again the game has its moments...

-Added a Safety key, " P " , because why not...

All I have done is gather all their stuff and refined it and made it work together. Not much is left from the original mod now that I look back this has gone through so many refinements and redoes and its thanks to these people and everyone support that this mod has made it this far.

-Change the way burst works so it is less sluggish. (Still not perfect but its the best I can do)

-Added Crowbaits colors for the croshairs so people can determine which firemode they are on.

-Added Alexandrovich code for burst which worked better then Gejsiv code.

-A bit old news, but this on the Workshop now.

Special Thanks to Alexandrovich, Crowbait, Gejsiv for their feedback and code. Sense this mod is now a mash up of four mods... anyways thank you everyone for the support and feedback.

Known issues that I can't fix:
-If a server sets sv_allow_wait_command to 0 (sv_allow_wait_command "0") it will make the mod not work.

-When burst is active, sometimes it will go 2 or 4 round burst instead of 3 round burst. It depends on the guns fire rate.

-This mod does not work for the Scar (Burst weapon) or the Semi-auto weapons.

This will probably be the final release, maybe some more fine tuning or adding Gejsiv / Crowbait colored cross-hairs for convenience. Changes made below.

You no longer have to activate this in command console (thanks to Gejsiv / Crowbait)

I fine tuned the timing, it isn't perfect but it is better.

Hopefully got rid of that small pause in the semi-auto fire.

Burst is now mostly 3-round burst

Open command console and type " exec credits " (without quotes) for the controls and credits if you forget.

Issues:

I can't do anything about servers banning wait commands (which this mod is made of) so just don't join those servers.

Lag!!! If your game is lagging, it can effect the wait commands and making them not work properly. Can't do anything about a laggy game.

2-round burst sneaks up every now and than when your selector is on 3-round burst. Tried my best to stop this but couldn't without making other guns go into 4-round burst.

Only way I can make this work even better is if I change the rate of fire of all the weapons. (Which I did in a separate mod " Weapon Script Pack ")

No revision notes have been added by the developer.
Know Issues:
If running more than one of the cfgs it may crash the game.

This script applies to all weapons, trying to figure out how to apply them to a specific weapon without crashing the game.

Burst weapon (Scar-L) will remain burst, cant do anything about it so far as it seems

Is there a way for me to change the letter which triggers the select fire rate from "O" to "insert letter here" instead?

Is line you would be editing in autoexec.cfg.
Change "o" in "bind o" to whatever character you want. make sure it doesnt conflict with any other hotkey
