rich ruins?
in my 2 playthroughs with this mod ive only ever seen low and medium wealth ruins. Are there actually rich wealth ruins? And if there are, is there a way to make them more common?

To be marked as rich ruins require wealth of more than a million, so it's pretty uncommon. However, if you install some mods for end-game items, you most likely will get more rich ruins, because those items won't be discarded as unsupported.

@tuk0z Those are some amazing ruins. You'll need solid tactics and some absolutely elite squads to beat them, but they ARE beatable.

i had to use a tornado generator to help me beat 2 lots of 50 raiders who drop-podded onto my head :) now i have a pristine ruins (at least in the 1.0 savegame..am upgrading it to 1.1 slowly) :)
