Ideas to make this mod better
This mod is OP! There was this base with every endgame thing in it. The turrets killed all the raiders and I was able to "claim" the turrets so they wouldn't shoot me. I got literally every end game item from it and I was Lost Cannibals only 9 months in!

I flipped when I realized that they were actually other players old bases...

HOWEVER!

DO SOMETHING ABOUT BEING ABLE TO CLAIM STRUCTURES DURING PRISTINE RUINS EVENTS!

Being able to claim turrets/walls/defenses means you can get everything without an issue while all the raiders get slaughtered by the defenses.

Maybe if you make it so you have to first destroy all the turrets/other aggressive raiders before you can claim stuff?

Also increase the frequency of raiders. So every 3 minutes the game spawns another set of raiders even if the old ones are still alive/haven't ran away.

Also make it so you have to pack up everything like you do when you are in your own base to bring it away. I realized after the 3rd wave of raiders that died to my claimed turrets that I didnt have to pack everything onto the muffalo. BUT THAT was the exicting part. Being in the building, packing everything onto my muffallos while avoiding the raiders. I didn't realize I could just form caravan and everything that I SAW on the map I could than take through the menu I didnt have to pack it... but the packing was the exicting part... Make it so you don't automatically just leave with all the things you choose but your pawns pack stuff like you do at home base.

Also this one WAY more complicated but... make it so multiple raider groups from diffrent factions can spawn in... including factions that you are freindly with. So 2 raider groups are enemies to eachother they will fight eachother.... or one group of raiders is in a faction you are freindly with they will not harm you but keep the factions spawning in so theres always pressure to get the stuff and leave... not just loading through a menu but actually going and getting it....

Lucky you! It usually turns another way for me :)

Also was concerned with this issue, but fixed, check for update! Also you're not able to instantly reform caravan now, you have to pick every item by hand, risking to meet another raiders party. Or load drop pods with the same risk.

That's pretty much random thing, but you know that raiders _can_ appear any minute, and this should make you doing everything faster. You don't know will it be tribal group of 10 archers or orion corp siedge with tanks and automatic mortars. I think it's better than "ok, now I definitely have an least 90 seconds before new raiders appear". You should constantly feel nervous during this event :)

Yep, I also didn't realized it from the start, but now this feature is disabled. I'm glad I'm not the only one who wants this restriction!

Ok, I thought it is pretty difficult, but now I'm realized it's just a couple of lines of code. Will add this to the next release, thanks for making me think of this again!

You mentioned that you are now unable to claim turrets. However, are you still able to claim doors so you can go through them effortlessly or is that also disabled? The change log only mentioned that you are not able to claim turrets so I would assume not.

Yes, doors are still claimable. Basically, now overall encounter behavior is pretty much the same as attacking a village or a pirate base

Ahh man this is awesome! I'm download and try it now. I'm using Hardcore SK modpack which uses this awesome mod so hopefully it is compatible. Keep up the awesome work!
