Leaving ruins behaving weird

Hey there, need some help with leaving ruins

1. Colonists in mental breaks cant be added to the caravan, and stay behind
2. the ruin stays behind on the map
3. some items (loaded into pack animals) dont show in the items list when reforming caravans

Am i doing something wrong, is this a compatibility issue?
