Feature suggestion: Can't reform caravan info message
When the caravan cannot be reformed (either when clicking or preferably before) the player should be informed through a message saying "defeat all waves before reforming".

It was a bug. Now you should be able to reform caravan regardless of enemy presence. Just note, that reforming is not instant and you have to pick up and haul all selected items under enemy fire if you choose to reform caravan with the enemies still on the map
