Suggestion: Absolute value
Hey! Longtime fan. Can't really see myself playing without the game.

I appreciate the sliders for density, value, etc. One of the first things I do is move the individual and group sliders down away from infinite. Spawns too many strange scenarios! Fun... but they get dull.

I can't quite tell if RR generates items based on their gross value, or their adjusted values after deterioration... but I've seen some seemingly impossible (based on my settings) items appear! The sliders help a looootttt... but a damaged item doesn't stay damaged and its seemingly low cost/value doesn't seem like it should appear in ruins.

Now! I could be misinterpreting what I'm seeing. Totally possible!

If I'm not... and a damaged item can sneak under the 999 item value by being damaged... could we get the option to turn that off? Many mod makers screw up their item values ALREADY, and I'm just trying to 'tune' my mods to get as reasonable of generation as possible.
