God Mode for NPCs?

So, I noticed that in the NPC Info tool, one of the states it has is "Godmode: Disabled", and I've been trying to figure out how I can give DrGBase NPCs god mode. There's nothing on Google to help, so I'm coming here. How can I give an NPC god mode?
