For some reason I was playing with the seleucids in a modded game and o could build the samnites UU.

I love recent update that you made. The Samnites has been my favorite civ to play for awhile now and I think the new balance changes were good choices. After playing with the recent update for I found 4 new bugs. First is the wolf totem gives units a 3% flanking bonus instead of 30%. The second bug happens when purchasing hill tiles or when using a hill tile that was originally claimed by a different friendly city which causes the Ram totem not apply the +1 food to that hill like it should. The Ox totem doesn't add +1 production to a farm tile if that tile was originally claimed by friendly city or if you switch a farm tile within range that was improved inside a different friendly city. The last bug happens if a city you founded is captured by a different civ and if you retake that city its totem will disappear permanently. It didn't before the update unless the was change was intentional. These bugs aren't a big deal and don't cause too much problems while playing but I thought I'd let you know.
