This bug seems to be fairly common, on all mods across the workshop. I think it's an issue with the Steam Workshop itself, for some reason it doesn't download mods correctly sometimes. I'd try unsubscribing, deleting the mod files, and then resubscribing.
Have you noticed this before with any other mods?

No, i haven't had this bug before, but i'll try what you said

The option doesn't show up ingame. Iam running the newest version of the game and the only other mods active are Extended Timeline and Graphical Map Improvement.

Edit: Disabling Extended timeline and graphical map improvement doesn't solve the problem.

The guy right above you had the same issue, so follow what I told him and see if that helps

That sounds like a Steam Workshop snafu. This seems to be a common issue and I'm not quite sure what to do about it.

This mode is one of my favourite. And it works perfectly in early game.
However, as I reached late game stage, I think after 1800, it started to cause crash-to-desktop (CTD) at the turn of the new month (1st day of every month). I think the mod may have caused some complication in the monthly calculation (such as income, tributary payment, loyalty of subjects, monarch points).
I disabled all mods and then enable one by one and identified this mod is the one that caused the CTD. Hopefully it can be fixed. Thank you.

That's a very interesting bug. Normally I would ask you all sorts of questions about other mods you're running and stuff like that, but you were very thorough about determining the source of the issue. Thank you, that makes things much easier.
That being said, I do still have a few questions. If you start a completely new game after 1800 (using the date selector in the main game-starting menu), does it immeditately start crashing every month? I want to figure out if the crash is caused by a certain year or from long-term usage of the mod.
And when you're playing, does it crash every month before you use the action, or only after? This will help me figure out whether the existence of the mod causes the crash or if some acting code does it.

OK THIS IS AWESOME BUT DOESNT WORK. THE MOD SHOWS UP AND IS ACTIVE BUT DOES NOT APPLY TO GAME. I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD FROM THE WORKSHOP AND OUT OF IT USING SITES, STILL DONT WORK.

This happens a lot, and it's a problem with the steam workshop. You'll have to delete the mod files, unsubscribe, and then resubscribe. That usually fixes it.

I did that like 5 times

Hmm, then I'm really not sure what's wrong. If lots of people were reporting that problem, then I'd think it has something to do with the mod. But this mod has been on the workshop, unchanged, for a long time and has worked for everybody else. The problem must be with the workshop, but if redownloading it doesn't help, I'm not sure what will.

sad
Maybe the mod needs to be made better? I have not seem any mods soo far complain that Steam isn't working for their mod. I am also getting this problem and it's extremely disappointing.
