-General traits randomized - they sometimes will start with some traits and perks randomly.
-New Variants! - Almost everything can have variants now.
-Variant Limit: Each variant may be upgrade 10 times instead of 5. I.e: Infantry weapons (for example) can have their ---reliability improved 10 times now maximum
-New Technologies: Current includes supply consumption related technologies
-Improved AI: We will continue to try and improve the AI to ever higher intelligence.
-Experience limit increased to 999
-National focuses now have a slight buff during peace time (may be completed faster) and a slight debuff during war time (takes longer to complete)
-Increased limit of volunteers to target province ratio - larger countries like Soviet Union may now be able to sent more volunteers.
-Increase distance for Volunteers with AI: The minor countries will now send volunteers (if able) further away and thus may become a lot more interactive.
-Jet Fighters now act as 'replacements' for standard fighter planes. No need to replace entire air wings!
-increase total army size (base) from 5 to 6.
-Improving guns on ships will now also slightly increase AA capabilities of that ship.
-Changed Industry Tech Tree (concentrated and dispersed industry focus no longer mutually exclusive)
-Tweaked "Monroe Doctrine" Tree for the United States of America to allow better and more immersive gameplay.

Reduced costs for modifying divisions to 1 XP - you can now edit all divisions more freely.
Increased maximum intelligence difference from 3 to 5 as to make intelligence more vital.

-The AI has new 'generic' templates that apply to all factions which it will attempt to create. These include 10 support divisions
-The AI has added bonuses for gameplay. These are one-offs and are intended to help 'push' the AI into a more challanging and better gameplay direction for the player.

-Support divisions have increase organisation - this is reduce organisation penalty when fielded more than 2-3 support divisions and thus making it viable to have all of them
-Military Police will 'buff' the organisation level of a divisions, thus making it a lot more viable support.

-Minor nations mostly start off as neutral. this is to increase the "randomness" factor of each campaign.

Fixed French National Focus Tree - Uneven military/civilian building slots for Indochina
Fixed "Ultimatum to Finland" Tree. It will no longer puppet finland - instead a chain of events will fire in replica of a "peace talks" - Finland has the options of: Surrender Karjala (when losing war slightly), Surrender Karjala, Salla and Petsamo (when losing war - but not being overrun), Surrender Karjala, petsamo and Salla and become a puppet (when losing war totally), Fight on (sisu) (always possible), Suggest Status Quo Ante Bellum (always available - but unlikely for AI to accept), Proclaim Greater Finland (when you controll all of russian Karelia, Murmansk Oblast and the state of Leningrad - AI might accept when surrender progress high).
Increased "ultimatum to Finland" time perios from 63 to 90ish days - the winter war was just over 3 month long - so they now should coincide a bit better.
