Getting kicked when joing my server

Admin.cfg executed, however failed to auth players as admins

Hi, I have followed all steps, everything is in the correct place etc and I have added myself and a friend in the admin.cfg and placed our steam64id's in there, upon loading we get this:

Auth Request ignored (not an admin) [EL] AJK (L1OdVhlB636h9dS3cI-EzLK2QVrl2yfkCyj8zPbAGPY=)

Any ideas how to fix this?
