How do I spawn a complete heli that's fully fueled?

Not allowed to delete vehicles and is there a feature that you can add presets to spawn in such as a gear kit or etc

Items dissapear after a while after spawning

I tried spawning in a vehicle, and worked fine and all. Then had to log off and came back a few hours later only to find the vehicle despawned. Anyone familiar with this issue? and know how to fix it?

im having this issue also, but things i spawn via admin menu wont save after restart

Yes, Same issue here.
Also, a flip vehicle command would be really useful. Thanks for a great mod.

same here, spawn in a car, log off, come back, it's gone.
