Issues with installing it and getting the admin config folder.
I've tried downloading this multiple times and it wont give me the admin conf folder to where i can be an admin.

You have to change @zomBerry into @zomBerry Admin Tools in the batch file. The point is that you must have exactly the same reference to the mod as it is named in your workshop folder, which begin with@.

For some reason the tutorial is incomplete and therefore causing this problem.

my batch says @zomberry Admin Tools yet i still have no auto generated files in profiles

Check if you got "-profiles=config" in your batch file, without it wont create the config file after starting the server the first time
