im a noob

been playing this for a while but 1 question how do i heal myself in this game looked at controls but i dnt see where it tells me how to do it?

You can heal yourself using medical items via the ACE Self-Interaction menu. You can bind this menu to any key you want using the addon settings, but by default its Left Ctrl + Windows Key
