Smarter children too, please?
It may TECHNICALLY fall outside the purview of a 'Career' A.I., but it'd be REALLY nice if the younger colonists were smart enough to move into Nurseries in connected domes instead of taking up valuable apartments in their home-domes...

Use Ski Rich's Incubator Mod!

When children spawn it makes a check - any dome you have designated as a the Incubator dome it the dome children are born into, no matter where on the map their parents reside.
