I specifically dont touch universities, schools and nurseries since they have a completly different dynamic and function but still use the worker code. If I did that then you would wind up with no specialists and all your non-specialists jobs being filled first. Kinda the opposite of what I wanted this mod to do.

You know you can have specialists in non-specialist jobs, you just take a small hit in performance for it but eventually when you have enough populations and specialist jobs that should equalize with this mod.
