Could you make a mod that the priority to live in Olympus Hotel (when it is opened to colonists) be lower than colonist-only residents? I opened my OH and my intention was to make it a last option for my colonists so tourists can enjoy my OH's unoccupied rooms, but my colonists would live in my OH when there are so many unoccupied rooms in my colonist-only residents.
