Yes. The AI might act a bit "out of character" when using the new elements though. There will be BNW versions.

Ah, good, I thought my game would be annihilated when I didn't think about if they would work with BNW...

yeah they are a bit out of character with there Ideologies as most of the time they just chose freedom.
