Is there a debug output or something to check what the mod is doing?

Found a flaw : It doesnt check whether free jobs are eligible before resettling

2.3 bug? Wont move pops to 70% habitability planets.

For some reason pops dont get moved to 70% habitability planets in 2.3. Not sure if its a distance issue or something else. I checked the policy settings, no problems there. Tried setting it to "any habitability". It wont move the pops to the 70% habitability planets but will move them to 80% and higher.

Found the problem, if you remove jobs, the mod still thinks the jobs are there and wont move the unemployed pops elsewhere.
