Looks like a highly interesting mod.

Unfortunately it doesn't work for me (within the new loader the "enabled" button changes automatically to "disabled". I am using the GOG-version of Stellaris 2.5.1

My guess would be that the problem is an old version of your mod at paradox (since other players here say that it does work with 2.5.1):
