Suggestion : Abandon Planet
Especially with the "we're all dooooomed" options coming with federations, it would be awesome if there was an option to slowly migrate EVERYONE off a selected planet. Would also be useful for mass migration to Birch worlds or even just abandoning planets too close to somewhere you don't want to be.
