Issues with Wildborn Ancestral Oni as well as Prepare Carefully menu.
Not sure if it's a bug on my end or simply an oversight, but I'm finding that my Wildborn Ancestral Oni Pawn can't equip earrings. Says they are missing the necessary body parts(ears) even though they clearly have ears. Doesn't seem to be an issue with regular Tribal Oni pawns.

On a separate, somewhat more important, note, I'm having a problem where when I use Prepare Carefully the hair option doesn't change the hair color of the Wildborn Ancestral Oni. Instead, hair color change does nothing while skin color changes their hair AND Skin color at the same time, so think red hair and skin vs black hair and skin. It wasn't like this before, so I think one of the most recent updates of the mod changed this. Originally changing skin color only changed their hair color while their skin stayed the shade they spawned upon adding a new Oni, or if the player kept randomizing the entire character with the randomize all button until a desired skin shade spawned. This seems to only be an issue with the Wildborn Ancestral Oni. Regular Tribal Oni don't seem to have this issue, although conversely the regular Oni's horns stay white regardless of what their skin color is so it looks a bit jarring to have a white horn atop a black skinned Tribal Oni. Wildborn Ancestral Oni's horns changed color with skin color just fine. Should I assume all this is an issue on Prepare Carefully's part?

On a final note, I'd like to suggest that the Wildborn Ancestral Oni childhood backstories all get the Natural medication focus. Being that they are wild Oni that recently became more sentient then they would be the closest to nature among all Oni. Thus, it makes sense(to me, anyway) that all Wildborn Ancestral Oni should be able to use the Natural meditation focus, either on top of the Artistic focus that all Oni currently have so they have both Artistic and Natural, or simply as a replacement for Artistic. This is ultimately just a suggestion, so if you are against my suggestion then so be it. I'll just have to wait for a tribal with the Natural focus to come by in order to make use of the Anima Tree.

(Also, this is fairly unimportant, but if I use the three dots to newly spawn Wildborn Ancestral Oni then they will have some of the tribal backstories as an option when the "Faction Backstories Only" option is selected even though I'm pretty sure they shouldn't. Meanwhile, the Oni that are initially spawned before editing with Prepare Carefully as well as the ones added using the "add" button instead of the three dots do not have the options as they only have the four Wildborn Ancestral Oni options. Seems like a trivial issue since the player can just ignore the extra backstories, but thought I'd mention it regardless.)

Btw, I have screenshots if you'd like me to provide some. Let me know if you do.

Sorry for late reply.
I should have addressed the backstory related stuff for them all to get the Nature type meditations. Either that or I simply lost track of what the heck I've done and didn't send upload, etc.

As for the colours, it seems I will need to fine tune or understand the new colouring methods that HAR does in 1.2, as that has been changed.
Due to the unique shapes of their heads and that the whole head file is simply the standard head of the original files, I did 2nd skin colour masking as a means to colour their hair, and PC didn't have a means of affecting that as far as I know.

The horns were left white due to some very inconsistent colouring issues, amongst many other problems at the time relating to the graphics, but last I checked, they may of addressed it in the HAR framework, so I may be able to do something about it now.

Sorry for taking so long to reply as well. I lost interest in RimWorld as a whole for a bit(plus I figured I should wait for some other mods to update anyway). So far I'm not having issue with the hair changing the skin color of the Ancestral Oni anymore, but I haven't checked to see if they can or cannot wear earrings yet.

With that said, I'm still unable to change the hair of the Ancestral Oni normally. I realize that I didn't specify in my previous post, but the Ancestral Oni's hair won't change in the hair panel of Prepare Carefully. I have to use the body or head type panels to change the hair color, while the skin color won't change no matter what panel I use(this means that the body panels are treating the hair like it's skin, the hair panel doesn't function at all, and none of the panels are linked to the skin color). Furthermore, because of this issue I can't use the gradient hair mod(less of a problem, but still a problem). Despite these issues, these problems don't occur with the regular Oni tribes people, just the Ancestral Oni. Tribe Oni can also have gradient hair just fine. Is their a particular reason why the Ancestral Oni seem to use different body color code? If you don't have this issue then maybe it's to do with my build, but it seems like such an odd issue when two separate but intrinsically linked entities of the same mod react so differently.

Regardless, thank you very much for your help thus far.
