I want to share something I've made public in my discord already. I try to update as needed and the mod will not (at this moment) have any scheduled time for updates or maintenance. It is purely sporadic as I have a full time job and real life obligations. When I update the server and I'm knowingly updating I will make comments and announce to the discord.

I'm a seasoned server owner for ARK and very well aware of how downtime negatively affects populations and its stability. There are clusters that run just this mod, and there are clusters that run 20 mods. I get steam messages, Discord DMs, and Twitter messages all hours of the day to make me aware of several things and bring new ideas to the table. As it stands until the mod is perfect or atlas stops updating and adding to the game/devkit there will never not be updates. So apologize to your friends, population, any new members that do not stay and keep trucking. It's part of having a WIP mod apart of your server. I'm not making any attempt to push ppl away but help them understand where I come from and how this will continue to operate.
