If I reinstall this mod and all others I am afraid it may fix it however no one will want to play anymore due to having to restart their bases all over again and we had to do this a week ago when the other structures modder discontinued his original mod. I lost more then half my player base when that happened. Thankfully its only wooden partial structures affected.
If anything else happens with your mod I'll let you know but the only structures effected is this one.
After redownloading my mod, the old doorframes are still gone because I did a save bevor restarting, but I can place new ones you just need to pick up the floating doors and windows.
If you do a redownload right, you shouldn't lose anything. I do this for my beta mod all the time.
There are two ways you can do the redownload:
1. let Atlas redownload everything
2. do a manual install
In both cases you first stop your server and make a backup of your world (just in case you are really unlucky and the download fails again), then you delete the whole mod folder (1634787296), but do not delete the 1634787296.mod file. After this you either
1. start the server back and it should redownload the mod folder
2. copy over the mod folder from your local machine to the server and start the server after
If the download did go right this time, you should be able to place window frames and doorways again.
