bought bp for 5k gold it said consume to learn it i pressed E on it and it dissappeared but i didnt get anything?

all of them i have bought so far : carbine BP 3 and carbine BP 2
they consume to no effect

ill do some testing tomorrow and get back with you. not sure what could be the culprit cause it works on the test server just fine

looks like its not allowing the consumable work around the admin command of it. i need to figuer out why.
