So I have some additional comments to make after some of the resent changes.
1. Heavens Fall does not take energy when it is played this is a serious problem as it makes it super op. I assume this is a bug.
2. The changes to the forms make them super useless as one elemental energy per turn is not useful or worth the cost. they were not broken previously.
3. Astral form not giving energy is not useful and its current effect is that of a relic people are already not a fan of as it really slows things down.
4. Chalk may not give upgraded runes this may be a bug or a new feature I am not sure.
5. Sometimes cards do not do there elemental effect or take elemental energy when it has enough available I don't know what caused this bug or how to reproduce it.
6. The rare card that gives plated armor should do damage based on plated armor not defense as its hard to have high defense before playing a 2 cost card.
7. There should be a earth barricade like card that stops you from losing block.

Overall the character feels fun and you are making good progress but I would again suggest getting all the core mechanics in and fun to use before going purely for balance as right now it feels like there are only 1 or 2 really viable decks with a couple cards that just go well with everything.

One more thing inferno should cost 1 fire per iteration. 2 max as 3 fire just makes it a weaker version of the ironclads fiend fire
