Feedback. (It's not so good)
(Comments are limited to 1000 characters, so here we go)

This is going to be some rough feedback but necessary if you want to improve your mapping game. This map is beyond unplayable.

I loaded up the map, spawned in T spawn and was immediately like "oh, this is not going to be enjoyable". Block-o-mania and out of map boosts.

It turned out to be similarly bad around the map as well. Almost non existing clipping, narrow routes, a horrid maze of a layout, unintuitive paths etc etc.

First things first: Layout:
It looks like there is no plan whatsoever regarding the gameplay. It turned out as a mess. Real life locations are more often than not quite bad for games. Especially for CS. If you want to improve there: You really really want to dive in level design theory before tackling any other project. (I have a level design guide on my Steam page which might help starting out.)

Scaling: Real life scaling of paths doesn't work well in CS. Everything is so narrow, ceilings are low. In addition to that: Steepness of stairs is horrible. They are steeper than 45° which is a no-no. Also: way too narrow doors.

Theme: Even theoretically this theme doesn't work well in CS. It's very hard to use utility due to the enclosed nature of the reference. Also the consistency feels bad with the random vertical maintenance tunnels or whatever they seem to be.

Visuals: The only rather strong thing of this map. There is quite some potential regarding the art, however it does look unfinished, unpolished and a bit blocky in some places.

I am not sure if this map is fixable. It really looks like you just started creating without having an idea what you're going for. The gameplay/layout in this one is probably one of the worst of any map I have ever looked at.
So if I were you: I'd move to another project, start fresh, have a better plan for what you want to create.
For your next project: Playtest!!!! Get a greybox out there and look for feedback. Don't work many hours in enviroinment art before your level is delivering good gameplay.

I hope you don't hate me now, but please do me a favour if you want to keep creating maps: Rework your workflow entirely and focus 1000000% more on playablility.
