To Solve many Issues, do this:
To solve a lot of issues, use a mod that makes mountains passable.
Or edit the Terrain.xml yourself like I did.
Give Mtns 2 movement, and Hills 1 movement.
Also, I'd recommend giving Rivers 0 movement cost inside the GlobalParameters.xml

(This prevents most crashes, and units from getting stuck, or confusing the terrain and movement cost after changing Rivers and Mtns etc.)

Super helpful, I was just looking for a mod to add/remove mountains, and found that this mod did it, but caused crashes!
