Issue with progression

Progression seems broken

Playing in multiplayer the non-host players dont get the progression and have most blocks disabled and no way to unlock in game. In single player the gas tech does not unlock the h2o2 gen.

There are 2 computers with gas tech. First one is for gas storage and in the upper part of the ice mine and the other is for gas gen in the lowest part of the mine.

I have the same issue although i had already managed to unlock these blocks (such as battery) but now they are marked as NA after the most recent update
